1. Information We Collect
When candidates apply on jobs.krewex.com, we collect identifying information required for overseas visa and recruitment processing, including: full name, mobile/WhatsApp telephone number, email address, trade experience, and uploaded identity documents (Passport photo, CV/Resume, Trade Test certificates).
2. How Candidate Data is Used
Candidate information is used to evaluate employment qualifications, match candidates with active employer demands, support lawful recruitment and emigration processing, and contact candidates by telephone or official WhatsApp. We do not sell candidate data for third-party advertising.
3. Document Security & Storage
Uploaded documents are held in server memory only while being transmitted to the restricted Taj HR Services Candidate Vault on Telegram. Application contact details are also sent to the Taj HR dashboard. Documents are not intentionally stored in a public website directory. Telegram and our hosting providers process data under their own security and privacy terms; candidates should upload only documents requested for recruitment.
4. Data Deletion Requests
Candidates may request deletion or modification of their registered profile at any time by emailing info@krewex.com with their registered mobile number or Reference ID.
